Yellow by Neill Blomkamp

by on January 27, 2012

Neill Blomkamp was slated to become the director for the Halo movie… However, plans changed and now he’s the director for District 9. This was the last thing he directed before being hired on as the director for the movie. adidas creates a film series celebrating color, customization and personal expression. Each director was given a blank canvas to create a short film based on their emotional and creative response to a given color – Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Pink, Black or White. This film ‘Yellow’ by Neill Blomkamp illustrates what happens when a thinking machine integrates with society.

@DirtiProductions How can any type of film be original when it’s all been done? No matter how minute the similarity, people will always be able to relate one film to another.

@inuyashahoty22 the reason he makes these are so that they will recieve interest and he can make the hour long movie

i wish people could relize that good short films are just that. shorts. no need to make a hour long movie, because someone made a good 5 min short
